Raul Sunico is a legendary figure in the global classical music scene, celebrated as a Steinway Artist, former CCP President, and the former Dean of the UST Conservatory of Music. Renowned for his staggering technical stamina and deep musicality, he is the only Filipino pianist to have performed all four Rachmaninoff concertos in a single evening, as well as all three Tchaikovsky concertos in another landmark marathon concert.

"The Soulful Pianist" promises an extraordinary evening of high-romantic emotionalism and complex modernism. The program includes the demanding Brahms transcription of Bach's Chaconne for the Left Hand, Chopin's poetic Barcarolle, Liszt’s transcendent transcription of Wagner’s Liebestod, alongside a thrilling selection of masterworks by Rachmaninoff, Scriabin, Debussy, and Ravel’s spectacular La Valse.
